Sandalwood Rubber Mulch's clean and natural look is a favorite for both landscaping and playgrounds. A lighter color than Brown, Sandalwood brightens the overall feel of decorative landscaping and playgrounds while delivering the natural appearance of traditional wood or bark mulch.
Made from 100% recycled auto and truck tires ground to pieces sized between 3/8" to 3/4", Pinnacle Sandalwood Rubber Mulch is 99.99% metal-free thanks to our high-powered magnets and extremely sensitive metal detectors. Our unmatched polyurethane coating chemically bonds with the rubber to provide years and years of lasting color and beauty.
Pinnacle Sandalwood Rubber Mulch meets and exceeds IPEMA and ASTM standards, including ASTM F1951-99 for wheelchair accessibility and ASTM F1292-09 for fall height protection. A 6" depth has tested for a fall height of up to 16 feet.
NOTE: As of January 1st, 2012, Sandalwood has replaced Tan Rubber Mulch in our product line as a natural, light colored surface.
