Pinnacle Rubber Mulch Limited Warranty

Pinnacle Rubber Mulch offers a Limited Warranty to cover defects in the rubber mulch included in your package(s). The wording of the warranty is governed by your time of purchase and information printed on the physical bags of mulch you receive.*

Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the rubber mulch (THE "Product") enclosed in this package and warrants a minimum opacity of fifty percent (50%) on the color coating in the above-described Product(s), but DOES NOT COVER damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from (I) accident, negligence, misuse, improper installation, acts of third parties, or failure to follow instructions from LTR Products, LLC., ("Manufacturer"); (II) any shipment of the Product (all such claims must be presented to the carrier); (III) Product which has been altered; (IV) Product exposed to chemicals or unusual elements which discolors or adversely affects the Product; (V) Product which is not manufactured by Manufacturer as indicated by its original packaging or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed on the packing; (VI) normal wear and tear; (VII) any Product which has not been purchased from an authorized representative of Manufacturer, (VIII) minor color changes and/or fading as they are a part of the normal weathering process of the product. Manufacturer will, AT ITS OPTION, refund the purchase price paid or replace defective Product in this package covered by this warranty, without charge to the original purchaser for replacement materials within twelve (12) years of Date of Purchase. Manufacturer IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any incidental/ consequential damages, installation, removal or shipping charges resulting from removal or replacement of product.
